Beginner’s Patchwork

If you have a desire to create something in Patchwork, I suggest that you begin with something small and simple i.e. Cradle cover, cushion cover, place mats, etc……..

The simplest technique is to my mind squares of equal sizes i.e. 9cm², with two or more colours, cotton materials are the best.

Perhaps you have a wish to make something big straight away, but in starting small, you will gain the experience, confidence and determination needed for a bigger project, i.e. Wall hanging, sofa cover, bed spread, etc……..

Patchwork pour débutants.

Si vous avez le désir de créer quelque chose en Patchwork, au début je vous conseille de réaliser des projets simples et de petite taille, ex.couverture de berceau, housse de coussin, set de table, etc…

La technique la plus simple c’est d’assembler des carrés de taille égale ex. 9cms², en deux ou plusiers couleurs, le coton se travaille mieux.

Vous avez peut-être envie de vous lancer dans un projet de grande taille, mais en faisant quelque chose de petite taille vous gagnerez l’expérience, la confiance et la détermination nécessaires pour créer vos projets de grande taille, ex. panneau mural, jeté de canapé, couvre-lit, etc…

Patchwork para principiantes.

Si ustedes tienen el deseo de crear algun objeto con el Patchwork, mi consejo consiste en comenzar a realizar proyectos simples y de pequeña talla , ejemplo cubre cuna o cojines, mantel y servilletas,etc …

La técnica más simple es la de juntar cuadrados de iguel tamaño, por ejemplo 9cm², de dos o varios colores, con el algodon se trabaja mejor!

Puede se r que deseen realizar proyectos de grande talla, pero si hacen algo pequeño, ustedes ganaran la experiencia, la confianza y la determinación necesarias para crear vuestros proyectos de grande talla; por ejemplo panel mural, cubre sofá, cubrecama, etc…
